While most of our projects have been speculative projects (constructed prior to having tenants secured), two of the buildings in Box Hill were built to suit a specific tenant (SAIC and MRA). Each project required strict attention to detail throughout the design and construction process. In each instance, accommodating the tenant’s desires was of foremost consideration, while keeping the schedule and budget on track. In both projects, Ward Properties seamlessly integrated the completion of the shell building and the commencement of tenant improvements to gain valuable time on aggressive schedules.
